ADA parking compliance
Accessible parking is one of the most common places a property falls out of compliance, usually because paint faded, signs went missing or the lot was restriped wrong.
What we check
- The number of accessible and van-accessible spaces for the size of your lot
- Stall and access-aisle widths and markings
- Accessible-parking signs, their mounting height and placement
- Curb ramps, including detectable warning pads, and the path to your entrance
What we fix
- Restriping accessible stalls and access aisles
- Missing or damaged signs replaced on new posts
- Detectable warning (truncated dome) pads added or replaced at curb ramps
- Potholes and broken pavement along the accessible route
We check against the 2010 ADA Standards and the Illinois Accessibility Code. It's a practical field check, not a legal opinion.
