Pothole repair that holds through winter
Potholes are a trip hazard, a liability claim and a tenant complaint waiting to happen. We repair them fast and make the patch last.
What we fix
Potholes, sunken or alligatored areas, utility cuts, catch-basin edges and broken drive aprons. If the asphalt keeps sinking around a drain, the catch basin itself may need rebuilding.
How we do it
- Infrared repair. We heat the existing asphalt, add fresh mix and compact it into one seamless surface, with no cut seams for water to get into.
- Hot-mix patching. For larger or deeper failures, we saw-cut, remove, fill and compact.
- Same-day reopening. Most patches carry traffic within the hour.

How infrared repair works
Most patches fail at the seams, where cold new asphalt meets old. Infrared repair has no seams.
- HeatAn infrared heater softens the old asphalt around the hole, so there are no cold seams.
- Add fresh mixWe remove debris, add hot mix and rake it into the softened edges.
- CompactA plate compactor presses it into one seamless surface that sheds water.
Fix it before the plows make it worse.
